Before you start
Fit and terms, before you write anything
Two things to confirm: that your agency fits what buyers here need, and that the commercial terms work for you. If either is a dealbreaker, better to find out now than after you have built a listing.
What we check at review
Every agency listed here is the reason the next buyer trusts the one after it.
- 1
We have been delivering this work for at least 12 months
Under your own banner or the same team delivering it somewhere else. We care about the track record, not the entity.
- 2
We can point to at least two real client outcomes
Case studies, testimonials or live examples. Client names can stay confidential.
- 3
Our offering is defined by an outcome, not by the words AI services
We match you to a specific problem a business is trying to solve. Vague scope cannot be matched to anything.
- 4
We can give a realistic price range, or quote per project
Buyers filter by budget. A listing with no pricing signal at all gets skipped before you ever hear about it.
- 5
We have an active website or LinkedIn presence
Somewhere a buyer can independently confirm you exist and are operating.
- 6
Everything we tell you will hold up if you check it
We verify claims before approval. Inflated numbers get the listing rejected, not featured.
- 7
We are comfortable invoicing through the platform at 10% commission
Attributed clients are quoted and invoiced through Find AI Now on Stripe Connect. The detail is below.
Not there yet? Email hello@findainow.com with what you are building, and we will tell you when the timing is right.
The commercial terms, in full
What it costs
- to create and hold your listing
- $0
- to create and hold your listing
- per lead and per month
- $0
- per lead and per month
- of net revenue you actually collect
- 10%
- of net revenue you actually collect
Commission is calculated on net revenue you actually receive from clients we attribute to the platform, excluding GST and pass-through costs charged at cost. It is taken through Stripe Connect at the moment the client pays you. You are never invoiced for it upfront, and if a client refunds, the commission reverses with it.
Three things worth knowing before you start
It is ongoing, not a one off finder's fee
If we send you a client who stays on retainer for three years, the 10% applies for those three years. It covers setup fees and ongoing service fees, and it stops when the client stops paying you.
Payments for attributed clients run through Stripe Connect
You quote and invoice those clients through Find AI Now, and the money settles into your own Stripe account. Our 10% comes out automatically as a Stripe application fee at the moment the client's payment clears, so there is no separate invoice from us and nothing for you to remit. You cannot move an attributed client across to your own payment links or bank details.
Attribution runs on a 180 day window
If a business first reaches you through the platform and signs within 180 days, that client is attributed here. Clients you already had, or found anywhere else, are yours alone and are never commissionable.
What we ask of you
- Keep your pricing, services and timeframes accurate and current
- Declare client refunds within 7 days so commission can be reversed
- Deal with buyers professionally, or the listing comes down
What we commit to
- Every listing is manually reviewed before it goes live
- Reviews can only be left by clients who have actually been invoiced through the platform
- We never sell rankings, placement or reviews
- Our commission never increases the price your client pays
- List or delist whenever you want, with no lock-in and no exit penalty
The legal position
- Governed by Australian law, Find AI Now PTY LTD
- We may audit attributed transactions to confirm commission is reported correctly
- You grant us non-exclusive rights to display your brand for marketplace and promotional use
- Deliberately routing an attributed client off-platform is a breach and ends the listing
About 15 minutes. Your listing saves as you go, and you can come back to it any time. You will be asked to sign in first.
