Terms of Service

No pay to play. We do not sell reviews and we do not accept payment to influence approvals, rankings, or editorial content.

Values aligned listings. We may decline or remove any listing that conflicts with our standards or legal duties. Payment does not guarantee approval or ranking.

Right to remove. We may edit, de list, or disable a Listing or integration that presents security, legal, or trust risk, or that breaches these Terms or our policies.

Transparency. Commission and affiliate practices are explained in the Commission Terms and, for affiliate links, disclosed in context on tool pages and list views.

Standards clarity. For clarity, our standards include compliance with law, privacy and security best practices, accuracy of claims, and avoidance of harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory content, as described in these Terms and our marketplace guidelines.

All listings are subject to manual review and our verification standards. Approval is discretionary.

You grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, display, promote, and distribute the content you provide to operate and market the Platform. You warrant you have the rights to grant this licence.

Reviews. Only verified Buyers who purchased through the Platform may review. No fake, paid, or conflicted reviews. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

Browsing is free. Paid features and Seller plans are listed on our pricing pages.

Where a Seller chooses the commission model or uses tracked links, the Commission Terms apply, including the Platform Invoice Button requirement, the 7 day refund reporting rule, currency rules, audit rights, and anti circumvention measures.

Buyer price integrity. Platform commissions are paid by the Seller and do not increase the Buyer's price. Sellers must not surcharge to offset commissions.

Fees and commissions are charged in the currency specified at invoice creation, as described in the Commission Terms and pricing pages.

You are responsible for applicable taxes. We do not provide tax advice.

Set-off and withholding. We may set off any amounts you owe to us against amounts we owe to you, and may withhold payouts where we reasonably believe a refund, chargeback, fraud, breach, audit shortfall, evasion fee, or other amount is or may become payable.

Platform subscriptions or paid features follow our Pricing and Refund policy.

For Seller Client refunds, the Seller must notify us within 7 days as set out in the Commission Terms so commission adjustments can be made.

We and our licensors own all Platform IP, including trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

IP complaints. Send details and a good faith statement to legal@findainow.com. We may remove content while assessing a claim.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Security & Compliance page.

Do not share unnecessary personal or sensitive data in messages or uploads.

You must use reasonable security for your systems and accounts that interact with the Platform.

Lead data sharing and roles. Sellers must maintain a clear and lawful privacy notice and handle personal information received from the Platform in compliance with applicable law. Unless stated otherwise in the Privacy Policy, Find AI Now and the Seller act as independent controllers for lead data shared to facilitate a Buyer enquiry.

Agency breach duties. Agencies receiving lead data must comply with the breach-notification duties in our Privacy Policy and Commission Terms.

Vulnerability disclosure. If you discover a security vulnerability, notify us at privacy@findainow.com. Do not publicly disclose before we confirm a fix. Acting in good faith will not be considered a breach of these Terms.

Beta or experimental features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice.

AI generated summaries or recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are informational only and not professional advice. You remain responsible for independent checks and decisions.

The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or results from third party tools or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Different caps may apply where the Australian Consumer Law requires.

You indemnify and hold Find AI Now and our officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, losses, costs, and expenses including legal fees arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or the policies in section 2.

Seller IP indemnity. Sellers will indemnify Find AI Now against claims arising from the Seller's listings, branding, or offerings, including alleged intellectual property infringement and misleading claims.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for serious breaches, security risks, fraud, or unlawful conduct, and on notice for other breaches. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including sections 8, 13 to 18, 21, and 22.

Good faith resolution first. Email legal@findainow.com with details and we will respond within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved on an individual basis and not as a class action. If a class-action waiver is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, this clause applies only to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide 30 days notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered users. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use and close your account.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies in section 2 are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform.

Severability. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.

Notices. We may send notices to the email linked to your account or by posting on the Platform.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms are for the benefit of the parties only and do not create rights in any third party.

From time to time Find AI Now Pty Ltd sells its own products and services directly to customers, such as the AI Search Visibility Audit. This section applies to those products and services. It does not apply to transactions between Buyers and Sellers on the Platform, which are covered by the other sections of these Terms and by the Commission Terms.

• • Price and tax. The price is shown before you pay, in Australian dollars, and includes GST. Your receipt is a tax invoice.
• • Delivery. Reports and other deliverables are delivered electronically, usually as a private link sent to the email address you gave us. Anyone with the link can read the report, so keep it private. The delivery time stated at purchase is our target and is described on the product page.
• • What a report is. Reports measure what third-party AI services said when we checked, and recommend changes. AI answers vary from run to run, by location and by version. We do not guarantee any ranking, listing, citation, traffic or result, and the recommendations are not legal, tax or financial advice.
• • Information you give us. You confirm that you are entitled to give us the business details you provide. We send them to AI and technology providers to run the checks, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• • Monthly plans. Monitoring is a subscription that renews each month by charging the card you gave us until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. If you buy monitoring within 60 days of paying for an audit, the audit counts as your first month. We may change the price of a plan for later months by giving you at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
• • Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• • Placement on Find AI Now. Buying a product from us does not affect whether or where any tool or agency is listed or ranked on the Platform. Placement is based on performance only.
