Refund Policy

This policy applies to products and services that Find AI Now Pty Ltd sells directly, such as the AI Search Visibility Audit and monthly monitoring. It does not apply to payments between Buyers and Sellers on the marketplace. Those are covered by the Terms of Service and the Commission Terms.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If we fail to provide a service with due care and skill, or the service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

• • Not delivered on time. If we have not sent your reviewed report within 4 business days of your payment, you can ask for a full refund, and we will pay it unless the delay was caused by missing or incorrect details we asked you for.
• • Not happy with the report. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of receiving the report. Tell us what was wrong and we will refund the audit.
• • Wrong details. If you entered the wrong website or area by mistake, contact us as soon as you notice, before the report is sent if you can. We can correct the order, or refund it.

The report measures what AI answers said when we checked, and recommends changes. It does not promise any ranking or result, so a refund is not available only because a ranking or result did not change after you made the changes. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Monitoring is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the billing link in your emails, or by replying to any of them. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you still get that month's update. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, unless the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a remedy or we have not sent that month's update within 4 business days of your payment, in which case we will refund that month.

If you upgrade to monitoring within 60 days of paying for an audit, the audit counts as your first month and you are not charged for it. A month that is not charged because of this credit cannot be refunded.

Email support@findainow.com from the address you ordered with, or reply to your receipt, and include your business name. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
