Getting started
I'm not sure where to start. What should I do?
Start with what you want done, not with a tool. If you can describe the job in a few sentences, Concierge is the quickest route: a person on our team reads it and introduces you to an agency that fits. If you would rather look around yourself, browse by outcome, such as work faster or grow sales, and narrow down from there.
Try ConciergeDoes it cost anything to use Find AI Now?
Not for businesses. Browsing, comparing tools, the ROI calculator and Concierge are all free. Agencies pay us when a project goes ahead, so you never pay us for an introduction. You only need an account to save things, such as ROI results or tools for later.
Do I need an AI tool or an AI agency?
A tool is software you set up and run yourself, and many need no code. An agency does the setup and often the ongoing running for you. If you have the time and want to stay hands-on, start with tools. If you want it built, connected to your systems and kept working, an agency is usually the better fit. Each tool listing shows how technical the setup is.
Browse toolsHow can I tell if an AI tool is worth the money?
Put your own numbers into the ROI calculator. Enter the hours it saves and what it costs, and it shows your first-year return and how quickly it pays back. Signed-in users can save the result to their dashboard and compare scenarios later.

How do I compare two tools?
Open Compare and choose two to four tools. Pricing, setup, integrations, features and use cases line up row by row, so you can see exactly where they differ. Every comparison has its own link you can copy and send to a colleague. Only tools listed on Find AI Now can be compared.
Compare toolsAre reviews and ratings real?
Ratings come from reviews written by Find AI Now users, and a tool with no reviews says so rather than showing a rating. Only customers can leave reviews on agencies. Some tools are newer and have few or none yet, so check the other details on the listing as well.
A tool I use isn't listed. Why?
A tool appears once it has been listed and a person has reviewed it, so one that isn't here may not have been listed yet, or may not have passed review. The creator can list it themselves, and you are welcome to email us the name of the tool you were looking for.

What happens after I send a Concierge brief?
A person on our team reads it and chooses the agency that fits your task, budget and industry. We reply within 5 business days. The introduction appears in your Find AI Now messages along with everything the agency needs, so you don't have to repeat yourself. Then you decide whether to chat, ask for a quote or walk away.
Who can see the details I send?
Our team sees your full brief. A matched agency sees it once we introduce you, and your email is hidden from them by default. Nobody else can see it.
Read the privacy policyWhat if no agency is the right fit?
We will tell you honestly rather than force a match. You can also browse the reviewed agencies yourself, or use Find a Provider to filter them by what you need.

How do I list my AI tool or agency?
Use the List a tool or List your agency forms. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live, so give us a clear description of what you do, who it is for, your pricing and some proof such as a demo or a case study.
List your agencyWhy was my listing not approved?
Usually the listing did not yet show enough for a buyer to trust it: no demo or example of results, an unclear price or outcome, or claims we could not check. Email us with your listing name and we will point out what to improve. You are welcome to apply again once it is fixed.
What does it cost to list?
For tools, it is a monthly or yearly fee. For agencies, listing is free, and we only take a commission on sales.
