Claude Code is Anthropic's AI agent that works directly in your files and tools. Out of the box it is a blank slate. We turn it into a working system built around how your business already runs. What we set up: - Agents for the jobs you repeat every week, such as writing reports, drafting content, checking data and preparing emails for you to review. - Skills that hold your processes, writing style and rules, so the output sounds like you and follows your standards. - Scheduled tasks that run daily or weekly without anyone starting them, each ending with a short report of what was done. - Connections to the tools you already use, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, GitHub, your CRM and your database. - Safety rules that keep people in control: drafts instead of sends, read-only access where it matters, and nothing spent or published without your sign-off. How we work: we start with a short call to find the tasks that take up the most time, build and test the setup with you, then train your team so they can run it, change it and extend it without us.
