About Notion
Notion is a connected workspace where teams write documents, run projects, build databases and keep a wiki. Pages, tables, boards, calendars, forms and sites all live in the same place, so a project plan can sit next to the notes and tasks behind it.
AI is built into the workspace. Notion AI answers questions, writes and edits documents and fills in database fields. Notion Agent handles multi-step work using the context in your workspace and connected apps, and Custom Agents run recurring tasks on a schedule or a trigger. AI Meeting Notes transcribes and summarises meetings, and Enterprise Search finds answers across Slack, Google Drive, GitHub and other connected tools.
There is a free plan, with paid plans that add custom forms and sites, then agents, AI meeting notes and stronger admin controls. Enterprise adds zero data retention with model providers and advanced security. Notion runs on the web, as a desktop app and on iOS and Android.
